What are my payment options?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, JCB, Diners Club, Elo, and PayPal Express Checkout

When will my order be processed?

Your order will be processed in 1-2 business days. If an order is placed after 5 pm, the order will be placed the following day.

What shipping methods do you offer?

We do not offer any shipping methods because we provide the fastest and most reliable shipping method. We ship UPS Ground to get our products to our customers.

How do I check/track my order status?

You can track your order using the tracking number provided in the email we send out after your order is processed.

How do I use a promotion code?

The promotion code must be entered at Checkout. On the ride side of the screen, click "Apply Discount Code". Enter the code exactly as given in the field. Then click "Apply Discount" to apply the coupon to your cart.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

All orders received after 5 pm will be processed the next business day. After the order is processed, it will take 5-10 days following credit authorization.
